Must have a valid Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing

Patient assessment and monitoring skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Knowlege and experienc with USP797 guidelines

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Home Infusion Pharmacist. The Home Infusion Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, collaborations with healthcare providers, monitoring patient responses to therapy ensuring safe and effective infustion for patients. Will need to have compounding and dispensing skills. There will be AB adn Specialy IVIG orders each days so manual mixing until a compounder is purchased

Depends on experience, skill set, availability and distance.
